Registration deadline:  Monday, July 26

Pay for number of weeks you wish to play, then......    send an e-mail to league@ewganco.com indicating:

●  your name

●  contact phone number

●  paid play days

●  preferred tee time

●  League play is for members only; substitutes may be non-members

●  Sign up one month at a time

●  Prepay for number of weeks you wish to play during the month

●  A schedule of assigned tee times will be sent out via e-mail each week prior to play day by the League Chair

●  The course is paid in advance for all tee times; therefore there are no refunds*

●  Each player is responsible to obtain a substitute is she is unable to play; green fees will be agreed upon by
     the player and her substitute

●  If member does not have a reserved spot and wishes to play, contact the League Chair to see if there are any
     available openings

To re-emphasize........

“EWGANCO policy states that there are no league play refunds, as EWGANCO pays the course in advance for all tee times booked for the month.  Players are welcome to obtain a substitute for any tee times they are unable to make.  However, repayment for the green fee (if any requested) is between players.”
